BIANCA MACVEIGH is a certified Yoga teacher and registered with the Yoga Alliance RYT200.  She grew up outside of Munich, Germany and has been a Yogi for almost 20 years and an athlete all her life.  Through her experience as an athlete, she learned that the body has particular needs that are not met during a regular gym session.  Certain skills can be acquired using other methods like Yoga.  The most important thing she learned while suffering several injuries is, that an athlete’s body needs more TLC than expected.  Daily stretching and gentle Yoga sessions healed the injuries and are now preventing them.

But Yoga is not just in the physical realm.  Inviting more gentleness and kindness into daily life, at home, at work, at the gym, wherever, is a priority for her and she loves to share it with others.  A daily meditation and mindfulness practice can help anyone to feel more connected and create more space and freedom in the mind.

Besides her love for Yoga Bianca has a passion for food. Healthy food that is!  She creates delicious, healthy meals every day for her family and teaches others how to cook homemade meals during private and group coaching sessions.

ELIZABETH KLIMUC is a 200 hour RYT Registered Yoga Alliance Teacher.  Originally from New Jersey, Elizabeth moved to South Florida in 2008.  Having always been interested in health and fitness, she was initially drawn to yoga for the physical challenge and benefits the practice presented but quickly discovered that benefits of yoga reached far beyond the mat.  Not only did the practice keep her body healthy to continue the sports she loves; paddleboarding, kitesurfing and Crossfit, but yoga transformed her internally as well.  Having practiced and studied with teachers that changed her life and touched her spirit, she was inspired to become a certified teacher in April of 2017, wishing to pay it forward and share the joy that the practice has brought to her life.

Here’s a Bit More About Us

Cat Cabot is a 500 hour RYT Registered Yoga Alliance teacher. Cat started practicing yoga over a decade ago while recovering from a running injury and found a deep and instant connection to the practice of Bikram yoga. Her body began to heal, her mind was not so reactive, and there was an instant spiritual connection to a Higher Self. Cat discovered much more than physical healing and soon was on a journey consisting of a daily practice. Wanting more of this energy, through yoga, she began peeling away layers of herself that didn't serve her any longer. She found her way to Vinyasa and fell in love with the openness and freedom of that practice. In 2010 she  received her certification through Twin Power Yoga, a Baron Baptiste style yoga. She discovered the gift of Universal Oneness that is in each and every one of us and can be achieved through the practice of yoga, complete union of body mind and spirit. She taught her students with the same passion she brings to her own practice, knowing that through the journey of presence, transformation is possible. In 2012 she discovered the practice of Ashtanga yoga and was completely taken by this practice. It was not only elevating but challenging as it shined the light in the darkest of corners of the body and mind. She decided to continue her year long education with her teachers Todd and Tamara McLcLaughlin at Native Yoga Center, earning her 300 hours and then proceeding to receive 500 hours Ashtanga full Primary Series as taught by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois.  Cat is committed to her own daily practice and continues to grow as a student and a teacher of yoga. She feels it’s a privilege and a gift to share her passion, experience, and knowledge with her students. .
