Suzanne Pomeroy is a 500 hour RYT Yoga Alliance Registered teacher. She has been practicing yoga since 2002. She first became a certified instructor through Prem Yoga and Wellness Center in West Palm Beach in 2005. There she completed the 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program. Suzanne recently received an additional 300 hours of teacher training from Native Yoga in Juno Beach. She has also been AFAA Certified to teach Pilates since 2006, and actively teaches and practices. She has attended many continuing education courses throughout the years including Yoga Journal Conferences with special teacher training segments, Vinyasa Flow Conferences with special teacher training segments, AFAA programs, and Silver Sneakers Stretch. I also appeared in two episodes of CityFit on West Palm Beach CityTV 18.
She enjoys yoga, pilates, and staying active, also learning new things and opening other people's minds to these exciting adventures.
JESSICA COYNE is a compassionate and enthusiastic teacher, certified in both Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow yoga. She trained under acclaimed Ashtangi Caroline Klebl receiving her first 200 RYT hours and world-renowned teacher Annie Carpenter with whom she completed her advanced 500 RYT hours.
Jessica’s calling to serve others expands additionally into spiritual coaching. In 2014, Jessica received her M.A. in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica, giving her the skills to counsel others from a place of love. That same year, she completed the Spirit Junkie Master Class with modern-day guru Gabrielle Bernstein.
Jessica’s intention is to help others to break down personal barriers that prevent them from receiving love and ultimately achieving their inner greatness on and off the mat. She is dedicated to raising the collective consciousness, one person at a time.
ELIZABETH KLIMUC is a 200 hour RYT Registered Yoga Alliance Teacher. Originally from New Jersey, Elizabeth moved to South Florida in 2008. Having always been interested in health and fitness, she was initially drawn to yoga for the physical challenge and benefits the practice presented but quickly discovered that benefits of yoga reached far beyond the mat. Not only did the practice keep her body healthy to continue the sports she loves; paddleboarding, kitesurfing and Crossfit, but yoga transformed her internally as well. Having practiced and studied with teachers that changed her life and touched her spirit, she was inspired to become a certified teacher in April of 2017, wishing to pay it forward and share the joy that the practice has brought to her life.
We're a unique yoga studio dedicated to recovering what we believe to be the essence of yoga: a traditional yoga philosophy and practice available to everyone. With no more than 16 students per led class, the yoga teachers are available to give plenty of instruction and attention to each student's individual needs.
BIANCA MACVEIGH is a certified Yoga teacher and registered with the Yoga Alliance RYT200. She grew up outside of Munich, Germany and has been a Yogi for almost 20 years and an athlete all her life. Through her experience as an athlete, she learned that the body has particular needs that are not met during a regular gym session. Certain skills can be acquired using other methods like Yoga. The most important thing she learned while suffering several injuries is, that an athlete’s body needs more TLC than expected. Daily stretching and gentle Yoga sessions healed the injuries and are now preventing them.
But Yoga is not just in the physical realm. Inviting more gentleness and kindness into daily life, at home, at work, at the gym, wherever, is a priority for her and she loves to share it with others. A daily meditation and mindfulness practice can help anyone to feel more connected and create more space and freedom in the mind.
Besides her love for Yoga Bianca has a passion for food. Healthy food that is! She creates delicious, healthy meals every day for her family and teaches others how to cook homemade meals during private and group coaching sessions.

Jessica La Paglia Originally from New York, Jessica has been a student of yoga for 12 years, and in May of 2017, she completed her yoga teacher training at Zeal Yoga in Jupiter. For Jessica, yoga is the glue that unites us all with Universal love and connection. She is continually inspired by yoga’s transformative power- both internally and externally, and believes it to be an expression of spirit bringing synchronicity into her life. As an animal lover, she believes we are all deeply connected to the earth and all beings everywhere, and aspires to bring this belief forward in her teachings and personal practice.
Jessica is also a Licensed Massage Therapist and takes joy in blending her experiences with hands on adjustments/assists to help her students find a fuller experience in their yoga practice.
We're dedicated to making various forms and levels of yoga available to everyone. We teach Vinyasa flow, our own Shanti sequence and Ashtanga yoga in the traditional Indian methods.
We offer classes, courses, and workshops that shed light on the interpreting and incorporating the nature of yoga with all other aspects of life. We welcome your questions, feedback and insights as you and we evolve.

Our Founder Denise Cavaliere is a 500 hour RYT Registered Yoga Alliance teacher.
Denise has lived in South Florida for 32 years. She began practicing yoga twenty years ago and gravitated mostly towards Bikram Yoga. Denise realized her dream of becoming a yoga instructor through the teacher training program at Native Yoga Center in 2012. She immediately became a full time teacher at Native Yoga Center. The experience she gained during these years is priceless. Todd and Tamara(owners of Native Yoga) inspired her to delve much deeper into the philosophy and many layers of yoga. She continued her education with 64 hours of Thai-massage training and completed an additional 300 hours of Yoga Alliance training in 2015. During this period she studied the classical vinyasa count and Sanskrit honoring the traditional method for teaching Ashtanga yoga. She has attended numerous workshops with authorized and certified Ashtanga teachers from all over the country. Denise is committed to a lifetime study of the traditions of yoga and all that it encompasses. She has found that the connection to and transformation of her students has been one of the most rewarding experiences of her life, second only to her family.
